GRC Zambia
GRC Zambia is the flagship industrial deployment of the GRC International Holdings group — a purpose-built factory operation targeting the urgent housing and infrastructure demand in Zambia and the wider region.
Phase 1 targets factory capacity of 4,000 houses annually, supporting a pilot housing project of 10,000 units valued at $150M, with a target start date of Q1 2027 and completion within 3 years. The Zambia initiative is the template for the group's planned expansion to 10 factories across the country.

Southern Africa — Established 2014
MAR & DAR SWAZI GRC
Established in 2014 by Reyada CI, MAR & DAR SWAZI GRC holds the distinction of being the first Southern African GRC factory — a pioneering operation that proved the viability of GRC technology in sub-Saharan African market conditions.
With $8M in completed projects, this subsidiary laid the foundation for the group's broader African expansion strategy that now encompasses South Africa, Zambia, and further regional markets.

Libya / Egypt — Established 2012
Reyada Construction Industries
The founding operational entity of the group, Reyada Construction Industries was established by Mohammed Alraies in 2012 as the Libya and Egypt industrial arm, which later expanded into the Southern African market, Giving birth to MAR & DAR SWAZI GRC in the Kingdom of Eswatini. Over a decade of operations and success, Reyada CI has completed $35M in projects and secured $20M in equity loans for the group.
Reyada is also notable for introducing AAC Blocks(Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) and lime industries to its markets in Libya — demonstrating the group's broader capability in advanced construction material technologies beyond GRC.
