GRC Zambia
GRC Zambia is the group's Zambian operating and manufacturing company and represents the flagship deployment of its Structural GRC technology and industrial production systems within the African market.
The company's Phase 1 production facility, spanning 20,000 square meters, is planned around annual manufacturing capacity of up to 3,900 housing units, providing local industrial capacity for large-scale housing, construction and infrastructure programmes.
The company's planned 10,000-unit housing programme has an estimated project value of approximately $198 million, with project commencement currently planned for Q3 2027.

Southern Africa — Established 2014
MAR & DAR SWAZI GRC
Established in 2014 as a subsidiary of Reyada Construction Industries, MAR & DAR SWAZI GRC marked the group's expansion into Southern Africa and established its GRC manufacturing operations in the Kingdom of Eswatini.
The company became an important part of the group's practical experience in GRC manufacturing and project delivery within Sub-Saharan Africa, completing approximately $8 million in projects and contributing to the industrial foundation for the group's subsequent African expansion.

Libya / Egypt — Established 2012
Reyada Construction Industries
Established by the late Eng. Mohammed Alraies in 2012, Reyada Construction Industries represents the founding industrial operation from which much of the group's subsequent development emerged.
With operations across Libya and Egypt, Reyada developed experience in construction, industrial production and advanced building materials before expanding into Southern Africa through the establishment of MAR & DAR SWAZI GRC in the Kingdom of Eswatini.
Reyada has completed approximately $35 million in projects and its wider industrial activities included AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) and lime production initiatives in Libya, broadening the group's experience beyond GRC.
