A Legacy of Industrial Innovation
The foundations of GRC International Holdings were built through years of practical experience in construction, industrial manufacturing and GRC technology development. From its early operations in North Africa to its expansion into Southern Africa, that experience has evolved into the international technology group operating today.

2012 — 2014
Reyada Construction Industries
In 2012, the late Eng. Mohammed Alraies established Reyada Construction Industries, laying the industrial foundations from which the group would later evolve. Operating across Egypt and Libya, Reyada developed experience in construction, industrial production and building-material manufacturing.
By 2014, this experience had expanded into Southern Africa, where Eng. Mohammed Alraies and his son, Moustafa Alraies, continued to build the group's presence in construction, manufacturing and industrial technology.
2014 — 2020
Structural GRC Building Systems
Building on this industrial foundation, the group increasingly focused on technological innovation, value addition and the development of Structural Glassfiber Reinforced Concrete (GRC) Building Systems.
Through MAR & DAR SWAZI GRC in the Kingdom of Eswatini and a network of strategic collaborations, the group expanded its experience in GRC manufacturing, construction and the practical deployment of Structural GRC systems across Sub-Saharan Africa.
This period became an important chapter in the group's evolution, combining accumulated construction experience with the development and application of an increasingly specialised industrial building technology.
2020 — Present
GRC International Holdings
Following the passing of Eng. Mohammed Alraies in 2020, Moustafa Alraies continued the industrial and technological vision they had developed together, bringing the group's accumulated experience, technologies and long-term strategic direction under GRC International Holdings.
The establishment of GRC International Holdings marked the next stage of that evolution: creating a dedicated international platform for the development, ownership and commercialisation of the group's Structural GRC technologies, industrial systems, technical know-how and associated intellectual property.
Today, that heritage continues through the group's regional and operating companies, connecting technology development with industrial production and deployment in international markets.
