Why GRC International Holdings
Technology Built for Industrial Scale
GRC International Holdings is the parent technology and intellectual property company behind the group's Structural Glassfiber Reinforced Concrete (GRC) technologies, industrial production systems and green Alternative Building Technologies (ABT).
The group's model is designed around the commercialisation and international deployment of these technologies through local production platforms, operating subsidiaries, technology licensing and strategic partnerships.
This creates opportunities for investors and strategic partners to participate at different stages of the value chain — from technology commercialisation and production-facility development to local operating companies and large-scale industrial deployment.

Investment Focus Areas
Three Strategic Entry Points
Industrial Deployment
Participation in the establishment of dedicated GRC production capacity in target markets, connecting proprietary technology with local industrial production and market demand.
Deployment may include production facilities, industrial systems, technical implementation and the establishment of local operating platforms capable of manufacturing Structural GRC products at scale.
Technology Licensing
Structured access to GRC International Holdings' proprietary technologies, production systems, technical know-how and associated intellectual property for deployment within approved markets and applications.
Licensing structures can support local manufacturing and technology commercialisation while maintaining the technical standards, processes and intellectual property framework of the wider group.
Strategic Investment
Strategic capital participation may be structured around specific subsidiaries, operating companies, production facilities or international deployment opportunities.
These structures are intended for investors and strategic partners seeking participation in technology-led industrial development, local manufacturing and scalable construction markets.
Flagship African Deployment
GRC Zambia
GRC Zambia demonstrates how the group's technology platform can be translated into local industrial production and large-scale project delivery within an individual market.
The planned Phase 1 production facility is designed around annual manufacturing capacity of up to 3,900 housing units and is intended to support housing, construction and infrastructure requirements within Zambia.
A planned 10,000-unit housing programme, with an estimated project value of approximately $198 million and planned commencement in Q3 2027, represents the first major deployment around this industrial platform.
