As holder of the group's IP and trade secrets, he is the custodian of GRC International Holdings' core competitive advantage — the proprietary Structural GRC technology and production processes developed and refined over more than a decade.

Continuing the industrial legacy established by his father Mohammed Alraies (founder of Reyada Construction Industries in 2012), Moustafa has driven the transformation of a regional construction business into a globally-oriented technology holding company with operations spanning the Middle East and Africa.

Dr Hani H. Fetyani brings more than 40 years of consulting and project management experience to GRC International Holdings as Chief Business Consultant. His expertise spans large-scale industrial projects, business development, and market entry across Africa — making him a critical strategic resource as the group accelerates its African expansion.

Dr Fetyani's deep knowledge of African market dynamics — including regulatory environments, government relationships, and local business practices — directly supports the group's strategy of scaling GRC technology deployment across the continent, beginning with the flagship Zambia initiative.
