Moustafa Alraies
CEO & Chairman
Moustafa Alraies serves as CEO and Chairman of GRC International Holdings, leading the group's corporate strategy, technology commercialisation and international development. His role centres on translating the group's accumulated industrial experience and proprietary Structural GRC technologies into scalable commercial and industrial opportunities.
Continuing the industrial legacy established by his father, the late Eng. Mohammed Alraies, Moustafa has carried forward the group's development from its earlier construction and manufacturing operations into a technology-led international holding structure. Today, he oversees the strategic direction of GRC International Holdings and the development of its regional and operating companies across African and international markets.

Dr Hani H. Fetyani
Chief Business Consultant
Dr Hani H. Fetyani serves as Chief Business Consultant to GRC International Holdings, bringing more than 40 years of consulting and project-management experience to the group's strategic and commercial development activities.
His experience supports the group's approach to project development, strategic partnerships and market expansion across Africa. He provides business and project advisory support as GRC International Holdings develops new markets and advances the deployment of its technologies through regional and local operating platforms.

Dunn
Chief Business Development Officer
As Chief Business Development Officer, Dunn supports the commercial development and international growth of GRC International Holdings, with a focus on identifying market opportunities, developing strategic relationships and advancing new business initiatives.
His role connects the group's technology and industrial capabilities with prospective partners, projects and markets, supporting the commercial development of opportunities across the group's expanding international network.

Founding Legacy
Built on More Than a Decade of Industrial Experience
The foundations of GRC International Holdings trace back to the industrial activities established by the late Eng. Mohammed Alraies through Reyada Construction Industries in 2012. Those operations developed experience across construction, industrial production and advanced building-material technologies in the Middle East and later Southern Africa.
That legacy of industrial development, manufacturing and technology deployment continues today through GRC International Holdings and its group companies, forming the foundation for the group's next stage of international growth.
