GRC Zambia represents a flagship deployment of the group's Structural GRC technology and industrial production platform in Africa.
Developed through the group's African operating structure, the Phase 1 facility is designed for annual production capacity of up to 3,900 housing units and is being developed alongside a planned 10,000-unit housing programme with an estimated project value of USD 198 million.
